Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dil Se 24x7 provides prepaid digital talk-time credits that may be used immediately after successful payment and wallet credit.

Cancellations

Completed purchases are generally non-cancellable once talk-time has been credited or used.

Technical payment issues

If money is successfully debited but the corresponding talk-time is not credited because of a verified technical failure, contact support. After transaction verification, we may restore the purchased talk-time or process an appropriate refund where applicable.

Duplicate charges

For a verified duplicate charge, contact support with the phone number used for the service and the Razorpay payment reference.
