By using Dil Se 24x7, you acknowledge that Meera is an artificial-intelligence voice companion rather than a human being.

Purpose

The service is intended for ordinary conversation, reflection and companionship. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice or emergency assistance.

Age

The public service is intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

Talk-time and payments

Free and paid talk-time may be subject to eligibility rules. Paid minutes are held in the service wallet associated with the caller's phone number. Payments are processed through Razorpay.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, attempts to compromise the service, or automated abuse.

Emergency situations

Dil Se 24x7 is not an emergency service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger in India, contact emergency services at 112 or seek immediate real-world assistance.
